Your Problem 1
Tall building, inaccessible roof, ecologically sensitive land, or perhaps archaeological site? You need to inspect these areas yet expensive hydraulic platforms are all booked for weeks ahead or site conditions will not allow safe deployment of the platform or even footfall on the ground could adversely impact the ecology? Or a scaffold will have excessive front end costs for your planned project? BUT you still need good detail for you to seek competitive quotations?

MD4-1000 with Olympus Pen E-P2 Camera
No Problem
Bonningtons Aerial Surveys can supply rapid answers to your questions with their small unmanned aircraft (SUA) that can be deployed quickly, and, more importantly, as the SUA is equipped with HD video equipment, you have a video of the information you need on a DVD.

Your Problem 2
You want Bonningtons to use their SUA but you have your own consultant you wish to direct proceedings and the flight. Whether Building Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Architect or other consultant, who would normally inspect the subject property for you from an hydraulic platform or scaffold, are your consultants able to direct where the SUA is to fly and record information?
No Problem
Yes they can. Your consultants can see real time exactly what the Bonningtons Aerial Surveys camera is looking at and direct our Pilot In Charge where to position and point the camera as they look on the computer screen of the base station at the property in question. Pan 3600 or tilt from horizontal to vertically down – this is standard procedure. Higher perhaps for a wider shot or closer to obtain the detail you and your consultants require. Of course, this can be for land and other property, not just for buildings.

Your Problem 3
Your site is an environmentally sensitive area where even foot traffic over it could damage the ecology, or access through your woodland is not possible. However, you need to move your project forward but yet the local authority Planning Department or Environmental Agency require a report and details before they even consider your scheme. How is this impasse resolved?
No Problem
Our SUA can be deployed away from the area, fly over it and gather the detailed HD videos and photographs you need without stepping a foot into the sensitive area. Impasse resolved quickly and efficiently.

Your Problem 4
You have an agricultural, horticultural, arboricultural, or similar site and you need a record of your stock but access over the land is not possible on foot or vehicle?
No Problem
Let us deploy our SUA and make a record of your site from high level and take photographs at 12mp resolution. The photographs can be stitched together to make current detailed records or simply left as individual photographs to reduce file size. Retain the exact flight path on our system to enable the same flight to be undertaken at intervals to allow you to monitor changes at selected time intervals to enable you to improve efficiency in effective planning and concentrate your resources thereby minimising expenditure for maximum effect.

Your Problem 5
Your do not have your own consultant Building Surveyor, who should you use for the inspection?
No Problem
Our Pilot In Charge has been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1987 and is the Principal of Bonningtons Chartered Building Surveyors which was formed in 1990. Not only can Bonningtons Aerial Surveys provide excellent imagery for you but also provide you with expert advice if you so wish under a single one stop umbrella. This is a unique service provided by us blending technology with professional expertise. If other experts are considered necessary then we can suggest which experts you require and at what stage in the project so that your cash flow on professional fees can be effectively managed.

Your Problem 6
You have electricity pylons, telephone transmitters, and the like which require regular inspections but accessibility is poor or would be very expensive to import suitable access equipment. How do you undertake the required inspections on time and cost effectively?
No Problem
Our SUA is quickly deployed and 12mp stills photographs extracted from the SD card. If it is more important to have HD video recording then we change the cameras. If you want both high resolution stills photographs and HD video then we make two flight passes while we are on site.

Your Problem 7
There has been an accident, perhaps on a construction site or vehicular collision, and access over the area is hazardous for personnel but you need to undertake inspections for health and safety purposes and photographic evidence is needed. Or a scaffold has partially collapsed and close inspection would be hazardous from the remaining scaffold and an hydraulic platform can not easily access the area? Have people have been injured in the accident, they are trapped and need rescuing? How is the information gathered?
No Problem
Our SUA can be quickly deployed and fly/hover over the area recording in HD video or 12mp stills imagery for analysis and allow proper planning of the recovery operation. At the time of flight the SUA will provide a real time downlink video feed providing invaluable information showing where people need immediate rescue and what the most likely safest route to those people could be for fire services and ambulance personnel thereby providing aid sooner than would otherwise be achieved.
Your Problem 8
Your site is miles away from our base in West Yorkshire, perhaps even the northern islands of Scotland or maybe the Channel Islands?
No Problem
